The plan being to work my way through the book, the next decision will be how to do this. From start to finish? A whole meal of just one dish? What's in season or merely what I feel like? There are some unusual ingredients so that may cramp my style.

  1. Well done on embarking on your culinary journey!

    Regarding the plan of attack, I think the seasonal approach would work best. The ingredients are at their finest (and cheapest) and more easily sourced, not to mention superior in flavour.

    Perhaps make as a meal on a Sunday evening and then leftovers can be for lunch during the week?

    Whichever approach you choose, I am looking forward to many delicious Nopi meals throughout the year!
