Getting Ahead Part 2

Kaffir Lime Salt. Just blitz the dried kaffir lime leaves and sea salt. I picked the required amount of leaves and dried them in the oven on low until they looked like something you could roll and smoke.

I used the coffee grinder and it worked well except for getting some of the powder out from under the blades. Then you have to sift it which gets rid of the fibrous bits. It smells great so I'm looking forward to seeing how it works as a condiment.
